1. Digital Products (Web Development)
Due to the nature of digital products, such as web development services, we do not offer refunds for any completed work or services rendered. Once a project is initiated or completed, it cannot be refunded. We strive to ensure the quality and satisfaction of our digital products, and we encourage you to communicate any concerns or issues you may have during the development process to ensure your satisfaction.
2. AI Services Subscription
For our AI services subscription plans, we offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our AI services within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a refund of the amount paid for the subscription plan.
- Refund Amount: The refund will be processed for the amount paid for the subscription plan only. We do not refund any external costs incurred, such as VAT or API usage costs.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within the 7-day period. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Exclusions: Refunds will not be provided for any subscription plans that have been used beyond the initial 7-day period or for any additional services or products purchased separately from the subscription plan.
